Avery has over 40 years of marketing, financial, operational, and business technology experience.

He served as the Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Information & Technology Officer for National Envelope Corporation, which was the world’s largest privately held envelope manufacturer. An inventor, Avery holds a significant U.S. and International Intellectual Property Portfolio. Avery has an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University and a B.S., Cum Laude, in Systems Engineering from Boston University. Avery is married and has five children.

John Cronin

John Cronin is Managing Director and Chairman of ipCapital Group, Inc. (ipCG). ipCG is an intellectual property consulting firm founded by John in 1998 capitalizing on a lifelong study of creative and inventive thought processes, business strategy development, and transaction negotiations.

Mr. Cronin has created the ipCapital SystemTM Methodology that utilizes a powerful data driven IP Strategy processes that leads to a full Intellectual Asset Management program (IAM) and supports Virtualized InnovationSM. This program provides ipCG clients with unique IP Creation Services for invention extraction, creation, and documentation, along with world-class IP Valuation, licensing, and transaction processes. The ipCapital SystemTM Methodology identifies opportunity and risk as it drives transactions to completion, creating significant market value from IP.

John has worked with more than 800 companies worldwide, including15 percent of the Fortune 500 and hundreds of mid-size firms, startups, and governmental laboratories. Over the years, John has become a respected thought leader among executives who wish to align their business innovations with IP and act on their strategies for financial success. John has inspired and trained thousands of engineers and scientists in best practice for inventors.

Prior to forming ipCG, John spent over 17 years at IBM and became its top inventor, producing over 100 patents and 150 patent publications. He created and ran the IBM Patent Factory which resulted in IBM to becoming the No.1 producer of U.S. patents. He also led the team that contributed to the startup and success of IBM's IP licensing program.

John is also on the Board of Directors of HopTo and Imageware. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.

Robert G. Krause

Robert began his prestigious business career after serving in the U.S. Military. He held executive Labor Relations positions with Container Corporation of America and Continental Can Company.

Joining the Headquarters of the U.S. Postal Service in Washington, D.C. in 1972 as a Labor Relations Executive, Robert quickly moved to the Operation Group where he led the creation of a variety of nationwide address related data bases, enabling the automated distribution of mail through OCR and high speed barcode reader technologies. Leaving these operational responsibilities, he became the USPS. National Vice President of Marketing where he directed the positioning of all Postal products and services. Some years later, as the USPS. National Vice President of E-Commerce, Robert led the creation of USPS.com, today’s online access to postal products and services and the establishment of a number of highly successful public/private sector partnerships.

Upon his retirement from the USPS., Robert became Director of Retail Operations at LaLa Media, Inc, a West coast internet startup consumer to consumer music exchange enterprise. When LaLa Media was acquired by Apple, Inc,, Robert became and remains an advisor to I.D. DataWeb Inc., a Virginia based global internet identity enterprise.

Robert is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and M.I.T.’s Senior Executive Program. With his extensive consumer to consumer and business to consumer marketing experience, Robert is excited to help deliver the new and innovative business to consumer benefits clearly enabled through GoForIt™ tags.

Ishai Milhado

Ishai Milhado, working closely with The Cortina Group, is the Managing Director of Valish International Consulting, Ltd., located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

One of the largest international footwear companies and the largest player in the entertainment business, the Cortina Group, is headquartered in Belgium with production facilities in China. With his extensive business travels and relationships, Ishai brings a global perspective as Valish operates worldwide on six continents. He has strong relationships with the major and brand retailers of every region as well as broad experience in the varied local markets. Valish grew successfully from the foundation of a family business with over 50 years of experience in the footwear and the fashion industries. Ishai is married and has two children.

John G. Callan

John is the Founder and Chairman, The PostalVision 2020 Initiative. He is also a Co-founder and Managing Director, Ursa Major Associates, LLC., a strategy consulting firm advising the U.S. Postal Service.

John is a globally recognized visionary, strategist and thought-leader in the rapidly transforming postal – parcel – logistics & delivery space. As an independent consultant, he leads his firm Ursa Major Associates as well as The PostalVision 2020 Initiative, by exploring challenges and opportunities arising from the digital disruption of the postal ecosystem and the explosive growth of ecommerce.

For more than four decades, John has pursued his passion for “delivering”. Having founded and built pioneer Calico Air Courier into a global leader in the seventies, he merged it into DHL Express and spent the next few decades “pushing the postal/parcel envelope” at DHL, TNT Skypak, Purolator Courier and pioneer online shipping system developer, Milestone Systems, before beginning his strategy consulting practice advising USPS. Under Coopers & Lybrand and PwC, he thought-led projects on the USPS’s Expedited & Package Services Business Plan, PostOffice Online and International Business Unit strategy, leading to successful respective Postal Service product innovations Parcel Select, Click-N-Ship and Global Express Guaranteed.

John and his Ursa Major colleagues have advised mailing and express delivery industry leaders such as, Pitney Bowes, FedEx, DHL Global Mail, Neopost, as well as many start-ups on strategic issues in the progressively integrating mail and parcel value chain. John has played key advisory roles in several USPS-OIG (Officer of Inspector General) studies regarding Expanding the Postal Platform into the Digital World, Parcel Strategy, Retail Strategy and IP Strategy. As a well-known and highly respected postal industry expert, John has appeared on CNBC, NPR’s Morning Edition and Marketplace; has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Kiplinger Letter, Post & Parcel, Postal Technology International and E-Commerce Bytes; has authored Op-Eds for The Hill; is a familiar speaker at industry conferences in the U.S and abroad and has written numerous articles for trade publications.
